Anti-static protection, which is usually pink in color and used when shipping electronics, prevents static electricity from developing during the shipping process. New-Tech has anti-static protection in the form of bubble wrap, bubble bags, poly bags, and foam.
New-Tech helps customers understand when and where to use bubble wrap. When used incorrectly as void fill it can be expensive, but when used properly it provides inexpensive, flexible cushioning to protect products. New-Tech delivers bubble, slit and perfed to your requirement, or delivers it sheeted, in the box, ready to load.
New-Tech supplies pre-made bubble bags specifically sized to protect the product. Using a bag speeds loading and ensures that the right amount of material is used. Bags can also have a sealable lip to lock the product inside during shipment, preventing damage. New technology has brought advances in films so that heavy products can now be packaged using bubble, where foam was used in the past.
AIR PILLOW
Air pillows hold products in place inside the shipping container so that they are not damaged by one another or by shifting during shipment. Air Pillows are the least expensive method of void fill and are widely accepted.
New-Tech provides simple stand-alone machines and more complicated overhead delivery systems for multiple pack stations. «Back to Top»

EPS FOAM
New-Tech designs and cuts expanded polysterene foam packaging in house. New-Tech also works with molded EPS for cooler boxes, protective endcaps, and fillers. In addition to EPS, New-Tech also works with expanded polyolefins, which is less abrasive and provides surface protection as well as cushioning.

FOAM IN PLACE - The Instapak® Foam in Place system, brought to you by New-Tech, provides on-site production of polyurethane foam packages. These are fast, flexible, and easy to use. New advances allow these to be free-form, molded on site, or molded in advance, ready-to-use upon delivery. This latest technology allows New-Tech to deliver foam Instapak® coolers with lids for cold chain solutions in the foods industry.

MICROFOAM
New-Tech offers packaging in Cell-Aire® low density and laminate foams. These are light-weight, resilient, non-abrasive, and cost/labor efficient. These materials come slit and perfed to the correct size or can be converted into pouches, bags, and sheets for your custom application.

POLYETHYLENE FOAM
New-Tech manufactures polyethylene (PE) foam packaging, diecutting it and building assemblies in house. PE foam provides a cost-effective cushioning system, offering a high strength-to-weight ratio while using less material than alternatives. For Class A surfaces New-Tech offers cross-linked foam and specialty “softer” ethylene surfaces. After designing your package, New-Tech coordinates product testing to assure package performance.

POLYURETHANE FOAM
Polyurethane (PUR) foam provides a softer cushioning curve and is ideal for lightweight, fragile products. New-Tech manufactures convoluted PUR (egg-crate foam) and diecut PUR assemblies. PUR foam is often used to line suitcases — New-Tech does both and customizes them to your specific product. «Back to Top»
