BAGGING
New-Tech has automated bagging equipment; we use pre-printed retail bags or can print bags automatically as we fill them. New-Tech manages projects turnkey, if desired, managing graphics, printing, and all aspects of bag design, headers, easy-open features, and the like.
New-Tech leads with the newest design styles of environmental blister packaging, including trapped blister and mock clamshell packaging. New-Tech designs the blister pack and seals the product into the package.
Welded clamshells may still be required for security on more valuable products, and New-Tech provides RF welding to seal them. New-Tech also packages using simpler button-seal clamshells. With all styles we can also design the plastic and insert cards and graphics.
New-Tech designs and packs mixed carton releases, typically used at the opening of a new retail product season before case quantities are required. We also design mixed product sales kits and build open-stock pallets with mixed products customized for specific retailers.
New-Tech sends products as directed by your Fed Ex or UPS manifest system. Drop your orders to us. We will pick them, ship them, and report back to you.
When a customer is concerned about a potential quality problem, often from offshore or third-party manufacturing, New-Tech inspects the product to ensure that it is within specification — we shake it, poke it, prod it, smell it, squeeze it, or just look at it. We then sort the products and follow directions about how to handle each scenario.
New-Tech can load your product, protective packaging, components, and collateral to make a final product. For the medical industry, New-Tech receives all necessary components, inspects them, and collates them into kits, maintaining batch and lot information. For the electronics industry, New-Tech receives bulk product and packs it with everything necessary to reach the end-user.
Club store packs, Wal-Mart bundles, and special promotions are just some of the reasons to create multipacks.
New-Tech delivers a variety of multipack solutions, using shrink film, sleeves, bags, over-boxing, and other ways as called for by unique products. After New-Tech multipacks the product, it is loaded into trays, displays, or open stock shippers and sent directly to its destination.
When New-Tech handles your packaging design, we can engineer money-saving features into it. We design using all the styles listed under this capabilities section.
When it's time to bring a new product to market, New-Tech is there to help by designing and coordinating all aspects of the packaging. New-Tech has some amazing concept-to-production case histories.
New-Tech makes the packaging expressly for the customer's needs, converting open-stock into displays, and vice versa, repacking from one case-count to another, and bundling items into two's, three's, or six's. There are dozens of scenarios where perfectly good product needs to be converted into another SKU presentation
format in order to make it saleable.
New-Tech assembles components into retail displays and loads them with product. Pallet displays, power wings, tower displays, PDQ's, open stock trays, and counter units are all variations of a retail display, and New-Tech does them all.
CLIPSTRIPS
New-Tech builds clipstrips including hang tabbing, product loading, shrink wrapping (final assembly), and loading into the shipper.
ONPACKS
Where multi-packs unitize two or more similar products, onpacks place a smaller product on board with a larger one. New-Tech does this with shrink sleeves, SBS boots, over-boxing, hang tabs, and other creative ways.
POP / POS
POWER WINGS / PDQ'S
New-Tech welcomes all manner of display design, assembly, and pack out. While package design and pack out are strong suits at New-Tech, we are proud to work with our partner, Rand Diversified, on more elaborate retail displays because of
their specialized expertise.
Sometimes a product needs to be reworked before it can be sold. New-Tech will inspect, rework, and repack products to make them right for market. This can mean simple re-labeling or complicated product-specific corrections.
